Over the years, PetCo Foundation, now renamed to PetCo Love, has served as a leader and valued partner in animal welfare, always focusing on one thing: Creating a better world for animals and the people who love and need them. Their focus has resulted in many successful programs, including Pets for Vets, which has provided service animals to veterans suffering from PTSD, and Pets for People, which provides pets to people with disabilities.
My work on the online course for Petco's parent company was successful enough that they hired me to not only liven up the course and make it more appealing, but also to design interactive elements for maximum learner engagement.
The course was very popular with learners and had a positive effect on pet adoption rates.
