Smithsonian decided to develop some eLearning courses in order to better equip their employees with the skills needed for success. They were in uncharted territory and had no idea where to start or how to go about it.
After surveying the Finance Team, we decided that the best way to move forward would be to create a course that would serve as an introduction to the different types of financial instruments. This would give employees a better understanding of the jargon used in the field and provide them with a resource to refer back to when needed.
The survey process uncovered a need for a Powerpoint template that would be used for all future internal presentations.
Working together with Power Elearning in the first of the courses, we established a visual and interactive style for future training. The course was very well received by the employees and the client was happy with the end result.
